Low Season: from September 1st to December 15th 2016, from April 16th to May 31st 2017

All room rates are per room (2 pax) and are quoted in Thai Baht and include service charge (10%) and government tax (7%)
We do not provide additional beds
We do not have a family room and regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13. We welcome children who are 13 year old and more
Rates include breakfast, served everyday from 8.00 am to 11.00 am
Transfer from/to the pier is not included in room rate, please check the "Contact & Booking" section of this website for transfer information
To complete your booking we require a non-refundable 20% deposit or a minimum of one night stay (40% in Peak Season and August) through the website PayPal.com (commissions are on us)
On the resort premises we accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards (3% bank fee is applied)

House Rules

CCTV Cameras are installed in the common areas of the hotel for surveillance and your safety
Visitors Policy : The facilities of our hotel are for the exclusive use of the resort's registered guests. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. Please use our Restaurant and Beach Bar if you have visitors
All our rooms are NON SMOKING
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the common areas
Check in time: 2pm
Check out time: 11am

We are a small resort with a limited number of accommodations and all reservations matter to us. We take your booking very seriously and we expect you to honor this booking too as agreed in our deposit request sent via paypal.com and confirmed by your payment.
You will be asked for the full amount to be paid on arrival. This is non-refundable. Refusal to do so will result in us refusing you a bungalow at our resort. Any changes are to be made well before arrival, not while checking in.
The deposit is to secure the booking only and will be deduced from the total paid upon check in. It is not to be regarded as payment for a certain amount of nights, only as a guarantee that we will have a bungalow for you as agreed. If you booked for a longer period than you want to stay and do not agree on a change with us beforehand, on check in you have the option to pay full as per the booking or not at all and no room.
Modifications to a booking must be requested by email. We reserve the right to accept or refuse modifications according to our availability.

Deposits are non-refundable
We will hold a booked bungalow for you for one night only. If you fail to show up or do not let us know of your late arrival, we will consider the bungalow cancelled. Thanks for your understanding!
